should you see a specialist?
- if you are under 35 years of age and
have been trying to achieve a pregnancy for more than one year
- or if you are over 35 and have been
trying to get pregnant for six months without success.

University
Fertility Consultants (the physicians) uses the University
Andrology/Embryology Laboratory for most laboratory work requested by
the physicians. The University Fertility Consultants participates with
several insurance companies. However, the Laboratory does NOT
contract with insurance companies as a preferred provider or as a
participant in insurance networks.
Consequently, you may want to contact your insurance company to
determine what portion of the laboratory fee your insurance will
reimburse. As a courtesy, the laboratory will bill your insurance for
reimbursement.
